Change of mind is not a legal right in New Zealand, so the 15 days we give you from delivery is our own policy rather than a statutory return, and the goods have to come back in resaleable condition. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery. You cover the cost of returning it unless the item is faulty.
If it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we put it right at no cost to you under the guarantees in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, return postage included. Those guarantees cannot be contracted out of for a consumer sale.

Is this the same as a carbon tax?
No. A tax is compulsory and goes to a government. This is voluntary and goes to a project.
Do the gutter guards themselves have an environmental benefit?
A gutter that drains properly feeds a rainwater tank instead of overflowing, and a guard that lasts years replaces one that does not. We do not put a number on either.
Is the packaging recyclable?
The packaging is Eco Pack, and we work with our delivery providers to bring the carbon footprint down. That is a programme rather than a finished claim.
