Where we deliver

We deliver right across New Zealand, including Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga, Napier-Hastings, Dunedin, Palmerston North, Nelson and Rotorua. Wherever you are, your order is handlle upon Tyne. Delivery times are the same wherever you are in the country: up to 7 working days after dispatch within 2 working days once your order has been handled.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more. Below that, a flat $25 delivery charge applies. The charge is shown in your basket before you pay, so there is nothing added at the last step.

We do not currently offer an express or next-day delivery option. Every order goes by the same tracked standard service.

How long it takes

Orders are handled and packed within 2 working days. Delivery then takes up to 7 working days in transit.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped, which is within 2 working days of your order. We do not receive a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you before then.

Once you have your tracking number you can follow the parcel on our order tracking page.

Separate parcels

For practical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If you have received part of an order and are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you.
